If you have any technical problems, please provide a complete description of your environment and what you are trying to do.

Include at least the following information into your posting:
- Which LOGINventory version / build are you using?
- Which OS (32/64-bit?), language and SP is on the LOGINventory PC?
- Which MS-Office (32/64-bit?), language and SP is on the LOGINventory PC?
- Which OS, language and SP is on the nodes your are trying to scan?
- What's the state of the User Account Control?
- What kind of directory are you using: AD, NDS, NT4, Samba, Workgroup?
- If it was no problem before, what has been changed?

Ask yourself the following questions:
- Do you use the latest LOGINventory version? See: http://www.loginventory.com/download
- Have you read the v5 Trouble-Shooting Guide? See: http://www.loginter.net/files/TSG_en.pdf
- Have you read the v6 Admin Guide? See: http://www.loginter.net/files/LOGINvent ... ide_en.pdf
- Did you use the Forum Search function: See upper right Corner.
